Bruno Tondeur, né en 1987 à Charleroi, arrivé à Bruxelles à 18 ans pour étudier l'animation et l'illustration, vit à Uccle, graphiste. Il aime dessiner, marcher, boire de la bière et rencontrer des gens. Ses souvenirs de Bruxelles sont liés aux quartiers, à la culture, aux cafés. Les trois questions qu'il pose à l'avenir concernent l'économie et le capitalisme, une Bruxelles sans voiture et la politique et la structure de l'État.
