Koba Boratinsky, né en 1971 à Varsovie et arrivé à Londres puis à Bruxelles à l'âge de 16 ans, militant dans cette période historique pour la Pologne après la chute du rideau de fer. Il vit à Forest et occupe un poste de direction à la Commission européenne. Il aime la richesse et la diversité de l'architecture historique de la ville.
